Job of the Week:
Part Time Payroll Administrator required for the Golborne area
Hours per week are 26.25 over 5 days
Will be required to work full days on Monday’s and Fridays from 9 am until 5 pm with an hour for lunch
Half day hours are 9.15 am until 1.15 pm
Must be able to demonstrate previous experience working within an accounts / payroll office
Duties to include but not be limited to:
- Collating hours for all agency workers
- Ensuring payroll is submitted as per processes and deadlines
- Keeping all employee files up to date
- Dealing with deliveries
- Dealing with any visitors to site
- Taking telephone calls
- Correspondence with other depots and suppliers via email
Interviews for this position are being held week commencing 25 April
£10.30 per hour
