You have to go all the way back to March last year for Saints last visit over the Channel to face the Dragons in Perpignan, and a successful trip it was, as Saints returned with 2 valuable points.

It was tries galore in the first half, with both sides trading blows. Adam Swift got Saints on the board in the second minute, before further tries from Percival, Morgan and Walker gave Saints a 22-18 half time advantage. Tries were a lot harder to come by in the second half, with Aiton giving the French side the lead, before Jack Owen was the Saints hero five minutes before full time, scoring to give the Saints a 28-24 victory, allowing Keiron Cunningham to avoid fourth straight defeat.
